Instructions For Admissions

  1. The admission form should be filled completely.
  2. The Students seeking admission for B. A. Part-I, B. Com. Part-I, B. Sc. Part-I and B.C.S. Part-I will have to pay Shivaji University fees.
  3. The following documents should be enclosed along with the application form:-
    1. Last Year’s statement of marks with two true copies.
    2. An Application for Eligibility Certificate (C) Two I-Card size photos.
    3. School leaving Certificate and its two true copies.
    4. A separate information form has been attached at the end of the prospectus. For Identity Card, the students are required to fill up this form completely and submit it.
  4. The student seeking admission for B. A. Part – III (Geography) will have to pay Rs.90 per term as laboratory fee.
  5. The admission in the college will be treated temporary till the receipt of the Eligibility Certificate from Shivaji University.
  6. The students from the colleges affiliated to other Universities except Shivaji University, while taking admission in this college will have to produce a Migration Certificate and Transfer Certificate. The students from other colleges affiliated to Shivaji University while taking admission in this college will have to bring Transfer certificate of the former college.
  7. The students from foreign countries, while taking admission in this college, have to produce the Eligibility Certificate of Shivaji University, student visa, passport, statement of the marks of earlier examination Character Certificate etc.
  8. The admission for the first year will be given according to the rules of the Govt. of Maharashtra State.
  9. The students who get EBC concession, B. C. Scholarship, B. C. Freeship, fee concessions for the children of freedom fighters and other concessions, should pay student aid fund of Rs. 10/-, Gymkhana pro rata of Rs.25/-, Youth Festival fee of Rs.10/-, Lead College fee of Rs. 25/- and deposit, at the time of admission.
  10. Bonafide Certificate, Statements of Marks, Certificates, Information of sanction of Scholarship etc. will be obtained after eight days from the date of application.

Cancellation of Admission

A student who has to cancel admission in the college will have to apply in own handwriting to the Principal within fifteen days from the date of admission.

Written Permission of cancellation of admission will have to obtained from the Principal. The admission fee and the student Aid fund will not be refunded. Those who cancel their admission after fifteen days will get only the amount of deposit. The students will have to produce the receipts at the time of refund.

If a student canceling admission is an applicant for the fee concession, he will have to pay for the first term.

Deposit will be obtained only if the application is made within six months after the cancellation of admission.
